Dress like Steve Jobs for Halloween with iWear : " The guys at Scoopertino have the exclusive details on Apple's 'next big product launch.' According to them, 'Apple is making a multimillion-dollar bet' that you'll want it, too. Apple is set to release their first ever clothing line, dubbed ' iWear ,' which lets you dress exactly like Steve Jobs. The iWear line will consist of a mock black turtleneck, jeans, gray New Balance 991 sneakers, and a pair of non-prescription Steve Jobs-style glasses. Apple will push the new iWear clothing line with the ad campaign slogan: 'Be Like Steve.' If you haven't realized by now (and I hope you have), this is just another joke from Scoopertino, a Mac satire news site. Click on over to their site to read the whole article ; they've got some great 'quotes' from Apple's PR people and have really outdone themselves with iWear mock-ups (including a really funny tag with care instructions for ...

Suspended sanctuary - Nestrest hanging lounger by Dedon

이미지
Suspended sanctuary - Nestrest hanging lounger by Dedon : " German furniture firm Dedon has earlier impressed us with the stunning Summer Cloud beach chair, and this time they have the Nestrest. The Nestrest hanging lounger transforms your regular garden sofa into a small architectural piece. An ideal place for relaxation, meditation and conversations, the Nestrest lounger is made from specially created 4cm wide DeDon Fiber. Thanks to the special fiber, the person sitting inside can look out, but the outsider cannot peep into the privacy. Designed by Daniel Pouzet and Fred Frety, the distinctive hanging lounger offers you a quiet, suspended shelter. No word on pricing, but the Nestrest is definitely something I personally would love to see hanging in my backyard. Via: Contemporan "

Dead drop From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Dead drop spike A  dead drop  or  dead letter box , is a location used to secretly pass items between two people, without requiring them to meet. This stands in contrast to the  live drop , so called because two live persons meet to exchange items or information. The system involves using signals and locations which have been agreed in advance. These signals and locations must be common everyday things to which most people would not give a second glance. The signal may or may not be located close to the dead drop itself. The location of the dead drop could be a loose brick in a wall, a library book, a hole in a...

A delicious Sims breakfast in real life

이미지
A delicious Sims breakfast in real life : " The strategic life-simulation computer game Sims was the main inspiration for French collective Paper Donuts’ “breakfast out of paper” photoshoot. The collective decided to use a girl as the Sims character to show what a Sims-breakfast would look like in real life. They even put the well-known “green diamond” over her head to indicate that she is in a good mood. The entire breakfast is made out of paper cut in a way that makes it look pixilated , and it does look very cool, but its taste is rather, shall we say, papery. mm..sliced paper oranges and paper grapefruit juice. The only thing this woman needs is her morning newspaper, which, in a twist of irony, is made out of plastic. Paper eggs, strawberries and sausages, oh my! What will I tell the paper doctor when I have a heart attack? This breakfast ends in the way ever breakfast should end. With a giant candy bar, a cupcake, and a donut. Anything that can be done to accelerate th...
